Kokuyo

The former chief of the village. Father of Ruri and Kohaku. Born on April 19th. Blood type B. He disowned Kohaku for breaking the rules during the ceremonial match. Initially, he did not acknowledge Senkuu, who won the ceremonial match, as the chief, but after Senkuu cured Ruri's pneumonia, he officially appointed him as the chief. Witnessing Senkuu's continued contributions to the village's development, he became convinced that his decision to pass on the position of chief was not a mistake. Although he has a strict personality, he also shows a softer side, such as when he hesitated to let Kohaku modify a shield that held sentimental value to him into a gear.
