The meteorological forecast robot of the United States of Thracia had a close relationship with Epsilon. This robot does not have a humanoid design, but rather a traditional appearance. It has a talkative personality and is stationed at the Meteorological Forecast Center Building in the capital city, New Washington.

One day, while analyzing satellite images, it discovered a massive shadow moving across the Persian desert region, which was suspected to be a "Bohra," but confirmation could not be obtained. Additionally, the robot observed unnatural cracks appearing in the walls of the Meteorological Forecast Center Building, abnormal rapid developments in volcanic activity, and, based on data analyzing the cycle of past major earthquakes, predicted that an unprecedented natural disaster could occur centered on the United States of Thracia. This information was reported to President Alexander and other high-ranking government officials.
