A weather forecasting robot from the United States of Thrace who was on friendly terms with Epsilon. Not humanoid, but an orthodox type of robot. Has a chatty personality. Belongs to the Weather Forecast Center Building in the capital, New Washington. Analyzed satellite photos and confirmed a massive shadow, believed to be the "Bora," moving with sandstorms in the Persian desert region, but could not obtain definitive proof. Also predicted unprecedented natural disasters originating from the United States of Thrace based on unnatural cracks in the walls of the Weather Forecast Center Building, rapid volcanic activity anomalies, and data from past major earthquake cycles, and reported this to government officials, including President Alexander.
