King of the Goa Kingdom. Sabo's younger stepbrother.

Born in the Goa Kingdom. 20 years old. Birthday is March 12th. Height is 180 cm. Pisces. Blood type S. Favorite food is the finest champagne.

A young man with thick lips, he arrogantly scorns commoners, calling them trash without hesitation. He has a considerable lack of understanding about the world, holding incorrect beliefs about giants and fish-men. Also, he is a coward who panics over trivial matters. Ambitious, he is not satisfied with his current position and aspires to become a Celestial Dragon, showing interest in the Empty Throne.

Born into a noble family, he was abandoned by his parents for some reason but was adopted by Sabo's father due to his promising future. He is more obedient than Sabo and is adored by his adoptive parents. Outwardly, he shows respect to his older stepbrother Sabo, but when alone, he berates him for being a poorly performing noble.

He strategically aimed for a connection with the royal family and married Princess Nantokanet. Following the suspicious deaths of the former king and prince, he became the King of the Goa Kingdom a few months before the World Conference in the New World saga. He reappeared as an adult at the World Conference. After the conference, he was surprised to learn from the newspapers that Sabo was in Mariejois.
