Stelly is the current King of the Goa Kingdom in the series ONE PIECE. He became king after some mysterious events and is known as Sabo’s adoptive younger brother. Stelly goes to the Reverie with his wife Sally Nantokanette.

He talks badly about commoners and other races, like the Ryugu Kingdom representatives who he secretly looks down on.
