Kyūsaku Yumeno

A 13-year-old individual known as "Q." Gender unknown. Characterized by black and white hair and a small hat. Birthday: January 4th. Height: 146 cm. Weight: 38 kg. Blood type: AB. Likes: themselves, chaos, brown sugar. Dislikes: themselves, peace, society, hospitals.

Q views humans as toys and manipulates their minds to destroy them, regardless of whether they are friend or foe. As a result, Dazai sealed Q away in a cell. However, to win the Three-Way War, Ōgai released Q on the condition that they would not interfere with unrelated people until the battle ended.

Q appeared before Naomi and Haruno, who had escaped from the Guild's attack, and used their ability to corner Atsushi waiting at the station. However, they retreated when Dazai arrived. Q also used their ability on Lovecraft from the Guild, but Lovecraft, who lacked normal emotions, overpowered and restrained Q, using them in the "Yokohama Burning Operation." While imprisoned, Q expressed their feelings about their ability and shed tears. Later, Dazai and Chūya rescued Q.

Dogra Magra

A mind-control ability said to be the most detested among abilities. It curses those who harm Q. The cursed person develops handprint-shaped bruises, and when Q destroys a doll they possess, the curse activates. The cursed individual experiences hallucinations, goes mad, and attacks those around them while bleeding from their eyes. However, it did not work on Lovecraft, who lacked normal emotions.

To lift the curse, Dazai must use "No Longer Human" on Q's doll. The ability's name comes from a novel by the writer Kyūsaku Yumeno, who shares the same name as the character.
