Commander of the Orvud District Garrison. A middle-aged man with a beard on his mouth and cheeks. He is from the Orvud District, located on the north side of the capital. He accepted Erwin's plan to use the residents of the Orvud District as bait and took command of the operation to intercept the Rod Titan approaching the wall, but was unable to finish it off.
