Kōno Shigemochi

The younger brother of Shinao and Shitai. Although he has the ambition to achieve military success, he has a modest personality and feels a sense of disconnect as his brothers become more arrogant. In the Battle of Aonohara, he felt uncomfortable seeing how desperate Hojo, who was in charge of the frontline squad, appeared and offered to switch places with Ogasawara Sadamune, who also preferred a change.
