When her colleague Marie Mjolnir tries to bring up topics about men, Azusa is known to brush them off casually.

As one of the Death Scythes, Azusa's designated region was originally East Asia.

Following the revival of the Kishin Asura, a major reorganization took place within the DWMA.

During this time, Marie Mjolnir was reassigned as a teacher, so Azusa took on the additional responsibility of overseeing Oceania.

Weapon Form

Azusa's true form is that of a Demon Weapon, specifically a crossbow.

She is a master of long-range combat and excels at sniping.

Her precision is extraordinary, allowing her to hit a target from 10 kilometers away with an error margin of less than one millimeter.

Clairvoyance

As a Death Scythe, she possesses the unique ability known as Clairvoyance.

Her name is derived from the "Azusa Yumi," a sacred bow used in Shinto rituals to ward off evil spirits.

In ancient Japanese poetry, the word was also used as a poetic epithet.

She is voiced by the actress Yukana.

Reorganization After Asura's Revival

After the revival of the Kishin Asura, the DWMA underwent a significant reorganization to strengthen its forces.

As part of this change, fellow Death Scythe Marie Mjolnir was reassigned from her post in Oceania to become a teacher at the academy.

Consequently, Azusa, who was already responsible for East Asia, had her duties expanded to also cover the Oceania region.
