All For One

The mastermind behind the League of Villains. His real name is unknown, so he is referred to by the name of his "Quirk," but it is revealed in Tomura Shigaraki's flashback that "Shigaraki" is his surname, which he bestowed upon his young ward, Tenko Shimura. He refers to himself as "I."

On the surface, he appears to be a gentleman. Through television, he gives instructions to Shigaraki as "Sensei."

In an era when supernatural phenomena had just begun, he stole "Quirks" from many people, manipulated others into committing evil deeds, and quickly expanded his power, reigning as a villainous ruler in Japan. He also directed a twisted form of affection towards his only relative, his brother Yoichi.

He became All Might's arch-nemesis, acknowledged by both himself and others, for killing Nana Shimura. Although All Might was supposed to have defeated him about five years prior to the first episode, despite sustaining severe injuries, he survived. All Might speculates that he is living by stealing "Quirks" that stop aging. After a battle with All Might, the upper half of his face was destroyed, and he became blind, using his "Quirk" to compensate for his lost senses. Normally, he sits in a chair connected to IVs and pipes, showing many physical damages and aftereffects, and he mentions that the number of "Quirks" he can use has significantly decreased due to his current physical condition.

"Quirk": All For One (AFO)

He can steal others' "Quirks" and make them his own. He can also give the stolen "Quirks" to others. He can use multiple stolen "Quirks" individually or in combination.

Below are the individual "Quirks" he has used in the series, as well as combinations of multiple "Quirks" he created by using them simultaneously. In addition to these, he has used "Quirks" that can instantly turn an area into wasteland and emit shockwaves from his fingertips.

Teleportation

Uses a black, odorous liquid as a gate to teleport targeted individuals. He can only teleport to familiar people's locations. Unlike Kurogiri's Warp Gate, it only teleports the designated person, and others cannot be teleported by touching the liquid. According to him, it's a newly developed "Quirk."

A combination of "Quirks" that All For One favors. It transforms muscles and bones into springs, enhancing instantaneous power and strength, and uses this force to propel air.

"Quirk": Forced Activation

Forces the activation of a target's "Quirk."

"Teleportation" + "Impact Reversal"

A combination of the teleportation "Quirk" and a "Quirk" that reverses the impact received by the teleported individual back to the attacker.

"Muscle Spring Formation" + "Instantaneous Power x4" + "Strength Enhancement x3" + "Multiplication" + "Gigantification" + "Spikes" + "Air Walk" + "Spear Bone"

The optimal combination of "Quirks" he held at the time to ensure All Might's death, focusing solely on striking. The manifested right arm was gigantified beyond half his body size, with multiple arms and muscles visible, and spiral spear-like bones exposed, with mineral-like spikes generated on the fist.

Infrared

A "Quirk" that senses using infrared. After becoming blind from the aftereffects of his battle with All Might five years ago, he used this "Quirk" to detect movements through the sound of clothing and vibrations in the air, assisting in emotional and spatial perception and monitoring the surroundings.

Spike Thrust

Used for direct stabbing attacks and to force the activation of the stabbed individual's "Quirk."
