Maribel Rozzo

Originally an otherworldly ruler in Europe, she is a girl not yet ten years old, born as a princess of the Siltrosso nation. Occupying the No.2 position in the Rozzo clan, she controls many through mental domination, aiming to rule this world using the knowledge and techniques that once manipulated the financial markets. Although she is the reincarnation of Maria Rozzo, Granbel's wife, her personality is distinct.

After observing Rimuru and the city during the founding festival of the Jura Tempest Federation, she confirms Rimuru's intentions and formidable power. From the perspective that she cannot become the sole authority in setting the rules of the economic society, she denies cooperation and opposition with Rimuru, and considers eliminating or neutralizing Rimuru by manipulating the Five Elders and Yuuki. In Volume 9, her scheme to curry favor with Rimuru using Myuze fails, and in Volume 10, her plot to politically undermine Rimuru using Gavan also fails. Finally, she deploys the clan's trump card, the Chaos Dragon, and attempts to take control herself, but is betrayed and killed by Yuuki.

She possesses the Unique Skill "Greed," which allows her to interfere with others' desires and control their minds, and also has the ability to invert the instincts of the living, leading them to death. The strength of her mental control depends on the intensity of the target's desires and the frequency of contact, making her control weaker over those with lesser desires and whom she meets infrequently.
