Elmesia El-Ru Sarion

Elmesia El-Ru Sarion, the Emperor of the Sorcerous Dynasty, is a High Elf. She founded her own nation and declared herself the Heavenly Emperor, possessing immense power. She is astute in matters of privilege and a wealthy individual with many interests. Although she appears as a beautiful young girl, she is over 2000 years old. She is cold and expressionless in front of her subjects, but shows her emotions to those close to her, treating King Gazel, whom she has known since her grandfather's time, like a child and playfully calling him "Little Gazel," and teasing Demon Lord Leon by calling him "Leon-kun." Her combat abilities are estimated to be on par with a Demon Lord.

Externally, she is a major figure who would normally require half a year to meet, but in Volume 9, she personally attends the founding festival of the Jura Tempest Federation, where she meets Rimuru for the first time. She takes a liking to his technology, culture, and his significant presence, officially declaring a friendship alliance with the Jura Tempest Federation and becoming Rimuru's advisor, offering technological cooperation and proposing the construction of a magical railway. She also expresses the belief that royalty should not be slaves to their people but should live freely, and forms the "Scheming Trio" with Rimuru and Myormiles, immediately buying a villa with a teleportation circle for easy visits.

In Volume 14, the schemes decided by the Scheming Trio while drunk are discussed, revealing that Elmesia is the leader of the secret society "The Three Wise Drunks" and the public organization "Western General Trading Company," which gathers the surviving members of the Rozzo family. Additionally, during a war with the Eastern Empire, she grows concerned about Rimuru, who has caused many of his subordinates to undergo awakening evolution, and urgently questions his true intentions.
