Cecily is a blonde woman with striking blue eyes, making her look like a refined beauty. Her appearance is young and attractive, drawing attention wherever she goes.

Cecily follows her desires without much thought about other people's troubles.

She acts selfishly and is constantly playing pranks on the Eris Church.

Despite loving to tease others, Cecily is friendly and likes to make new friends—especially kids like Megumin and Komekko.

She joyfully insists that Megumin call her “big sister” and even claims Komekko as a sister to make her feel closer (and to make recruiting easier).

Cecily is poor, so she sometimes gets free food from the Eris Church’s charity, even as she harasses them.

She is both a “shotacon” and a “lolicon,” openly finding boys and girls cute.

Cecily is also easily attracted to good-looking men, getting excited around them.

Cecily used to work at the main Axis Church in Arcanretia.

She helped Megumin when she first left her home known as the Crimson Demon Village.

Later, Cecily became the head priest of the Axis Church in Axel city.

Cecily adores Megumin and is delighted when she calls her “big sister.”

She treats Komekko as another sister to help with church activities.

Cecily has a huge crush on handsome men and even tried to propose to Kyouya Mitsurugi, which made him uncomfortable.

She is one of the few who knows that Aqua is the Axis Church’s deity and tries to protect her.

Cecily’s favorite food is tokoroten slime. She loves it so much that she experiments with improving it in her church, sometimes causing trouble when the slimes escape.

She sells powder made from her special tokoroten slime in front of the church as “something from the Axis Church,” but Kazuma Satou mistakes it for illegal drugs because of its odd name and the fact that trading tokoroten slime is banned in some countries.

Cecily appeared first in the mobile game “KonoFan” before making her anime debut in episode 7 of “KONOSUBA: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!”

Her voice actress has worked with Aqua’s voice actress on other anime and they are known to be good friends.

Helping Megumin in Arcanretia

Cecily first appears in Arcanretia, where she helps Megumin right after she has left the Crimson Demon Village.

She works as a priest in the large Axis Church there at this time.

Assigned as Axis Church Head in Axel

Later on, Cecily is appointed as the leader of the Axis Church in Axel city.

She moves there and continues her mischievous ways.

Mischief and Poor Lifestyle

She spends her days annoying the Eris Church with pranks.

Ironically, even though she loves teasing them, she is poor and often attends the Eris Church’s free meal events.

Tokoroten Slime Troubles

Cecily loves tokoroten slime so much that she tries improving it in her church.

Sometimes, these slimes escape and cause problems in the city.

She tries to sell her modified slime powder at the church, which makes Kazuma Satou suspicious.

Encounters with Handsome Characters

Cecily is excited when she meets attractive men.

She clings to Vanir, thinking he must be very handsome under his mask, and proposes marriage to Kyouya Mitsurugi, surprising him.

Protecting Aqua

Cecily is one of the few people who know Aqua is the Axis Church’s deity.

When she meets Aqua by chance in Axel, she realizes it would be dangerous to leave her alone.

She hides her concern and helps delay Aqua’s journey by choosing a slow carriage so Kazuma Satou and the others can catch up and help Aqua.
