A petite woman with feathered hair, a sinner, 130 years old. Charged with possession and trafficking of ancient magical artifacts. Sentenced to 240 years in prison. Her speech is somewhat rough. She carries a tool similar to a falconer's glove and controls a bird-shaped familiar that shares her vision. This familiar is capable of navigating through dungeons with distorted spaces and can reliably reach the Misruns in just one week. She feels the real world is like a dump due to her drug addiction, and it seems she got involved in ancient magic solely for the money (to buy drugs). However, it appears that the drugs are also effectively used in controlling her familiar. She had heard about Kabru's background.

During the battle with Marcille, she fought using her familiar. However, because she fully linked her consciousness with it, when the familiar, a winged lion, was devoured by a giant spider, Fleki's own nerves were destroyed, leaving her in a vegetative state. She became the only actual casualty in the battle with Sissel (though it seems she could be revived if killed and resurrected).
