Sirgis

The chancellor of the Kingdom of Delunio. Later becomes an aide to Falanya. Appears from volume 5. A small, middle-aged man. A powerful figure who effectively controls Delunio by using the king as a puppet. Originally from a peasant background, he harbors high ambitions, even aiming to attain the position of Elector Count. His actual abilities in national politics are also high. In volume 5, he forces an alliance with his arch-enemy Solgest and launches a diplomatic offensive against Natra, but ultimately is outmaneuvered by Wein and loses his position. After these events, he lives a secluded life within the Earthwold Empire through acquaintances. There, he is discovered by Falanya and becomes her aide. Initially, he wanted to make Falanya the next monarch out of a desire for revenge against Wein (this was done with the knowledge of both Wein and his sister), but after recognizing Falanya's talents, he genuinely wishes to place her on the throne as his lord.
