A big man with lucky ears wearing round sunglasses. He has a diagonal scar on his face and smokes a cigar. Pekoms pointed out that he smells of blood. He ends his sentences with "nen." A regular guest at tea parties, he calls Big Mom "Charlotte." He once established his own peace research institute "MADS" with his financial support. His birthday is December 29th (Day of Fortune).

During the chaos caused by Luffy and his crew, he tried to open and swap the contents of the Tamatebako but slipped due to Big Mom's roar and dropped it off a cliff, and was then knocked down by Stussy's "Flying Finger Gun" while also targeting the Tamatebako.
