A nomadic people who repeatedly migrate from island to island.

A laid-back, petite old man. Luffy used to call him "Stilt Old Man." His beloved horse is a long-necked white mare named Sherry.

He attempted to create the world's tallest stilts using the island's long bamboo, but the stilts grew too tall, and he became unable to get down, leading to him being left behind by his companions as missing. He spent the next 10 years on the stilts, surviving on fruits that grew on similarly tall trees, and was finally able to get down when Luffy accidentally broke the stilts. After the Straw Hat crew won the Davy Back Fight against the Foxy Pirates, he crossed the frozen sea with the help of Aokiji to reunite with his companions. In the New World saga, he reunites with his companions and spends time with his two grandchildren.
