General Andrew Douglas, the Supreme Commander of the British Army, participated in the 39th Central Asia Conflict as one of the world's top-level robots. Later, he became the butler of musician Paul Duncan, who retired in the Euro Federation, Scotland. He suffers from trauma sustained during the war and experiences nightmares during his dormant state. He harbors a strong aversion to war and a desire never to set foot on the battlefield again. He connected with Duncan by working to clear up misunderstandings about Duncan's mother. Afterward, he lived peaceful days with Duncan, but one day he sensed an impending threat. He confronted it in the air and engaged in a fierce battle with Pluto, the source of the threat, but was defeated, scattering in the air while humming Duncan's tune.

His form features a face resembling a mask, with only the mouth appearing human-like. He is the only clearly military and combat-oriented robot among the seven, equipped with various weapons throughout his body (like the original, he has multiple arms, with each one, except for two, ending in a weapon). Therefore, he hides all but the two arms he uses as hands under a cape, covering his entire body. He has no legs and moves by hovering with jet engines in his feet. He is also capable of flight.

"The World's Greatest Robot" Version

He resides in an ancient castle in Scotland, which is actually the laboratory of the doctor who created him. He has six arms in his normal form (usually stored in his body) and six arms with ends that are drills or pliers. He was ordered by the doctor to capture Pluto but was unsuccessful. Although he does not appear in "Astro Boy: Tetsuwan Atom," a robot assassin resembling him does make an appearance.
