Helena, the robot wife of Gesicht, is constantly worried about her husband, who is busy working as a detective. She works as an interior designer. Although there is a record that she once planned to go to Japan with her husband but canceled at the last minute, she has no memory of this. After her husband's death, she traveled to Japan to deliver his memory chip to Professor Tenma. There, she met Atom, who had Gesicht's memories inserted, and felt that her husband's soul continued to live on within Atom.

Helena's artificial brain had "evolved," and she was unable to fully accept her husband's death. When she visited Japan two months after his passing, she put on a brave face and hid her sorrow in front of Professor Ochanomizu and Professor Hoffman, but in front of Professor Tenma, she broke down in tears. Her grief even moved Professor Tenma, who himself could not accept Atom's death, to tears. Helena felt that she was forgetting something important, but she was unable to recall the memories of their child, Robita. Atom knew the truth but told a "lie" to save Helena's heart.
