Liz is a beautiful young woman with long, straight, blonde hair.

She is known to use her attractive appearance to her advantage on occasion.

She is taller than her sister Patty but has a smaller bust, though it is still considered to be quite large.

Liz often acts as the "straight man" in her trio, reining in the eccentricities of both Kid and Patty.

She is generally the most sensible and level-headed of the three, serving as a much-needed brake on their impulsive behavior.

She is incredibly devoted to her younger sister, Patty, once stating, "I can't imagine life without Patty."

She also declared that "there's no girl cuter than you (Patty)."

Liz frequently tries to encourage Kid when he's feeling down, although her efforts are rarely successful.

Due to her sensitive nature, she can sometimes become depressed herself.

While street-smart from her upbringing, she performs poorly in academics due to a short attention span and difficulty concentrating.

She has an extreme fear of ghosts and anything supernatural, which is a stark contrast to her sister.

Liz and her sister Patty grew up on the streets of Brooklyn.

They were once feared delinquent sisters known as the "Devils of Brooklyn," who mugged people for money.

She seems to have some regrets about this part of her past.

Their life changed when they met Death the Kid after attempting to mug him, which led to them becoming his partners.

A later, slightly different version of the story suggests that Kid, having heard of their reputation, scouted the sisters while they were being chased by enemies.

Liz and her sister Patty are a pair of Demon Twin Guns.

They have the ability to compress their wielder's soul wavelength and fire it as powerful soul bullets.

As a pair of pistols, they are capable of fighting even without their meister, Kid.

In these situations, Liz and Patty skillfully take turns, with one sister wielding the other in her weapon form.

Patricia "Patty" Thompson: Her younger sister and other half of their weapon pair. Liz loves her dearly and is extremely protective of her.

Death the Kid: Her meister and close friend. She views him as a good partner, friend, and valued comrade.

Kilik Rung: She temporarily served as his weapon during a mission while Kid was unavailable.

Tsubaki Nakatsukasa & Blair: When entering the Book of Eibon, it was revealed Liz has a high interest in the opposite sex, second only to Tsubaki. Blair commented that their levels of interest were about the same.

"I'd rather the world be destroyed than meet a ghost." (A "Maiden's Maxim" she passed on to Patty).

Post-Baba Yaga's Castle

After the successful mission to capture Baba Yaga's Castle, Liz and Patty became members of the DWMA's elite youth unit, "Spartoi."

With Kid confined and unable to act, the sisters adapted to the situation.

Patty would use Liz for target practice, and Liz would also act as Kilik Rung's weapon for a mission.

The Book of Eibon

During the group's infiltration of the Book of Eibon, a chapter revealed insights into their desires.

It was discovered that Liz is the second most interested in the opposite sex, following Tsubaki.

Liz's personal pronoun is typically the formal "watashi" (私), but she consistently uses the more casual "atashi" (あたし) in the drama CD and the "Special Field Trip" special.

Despite her tough, streetwise exterior, she's easily frightened by anything spooky.
