The announcer of the Corrida Colosseum. His commentary is not exactly impartial, but he holds a sense of pride as a member of the coliseum's management. He doesn't show it, but deep down, he finds Rebecca's fighting style beautiful. He supports Lucy. His birthday is August 26th (Human Rights Day).

When Luffy was immobilized due to the backlash from "Gear 4," he was the only one among the fleeing citizens who rushed to help. Initially, he led the coliseum participants who had not cooperated with Luffy to buy time for his recovery. When only three and a half minutes remained until Luffy's recovery, he entrusted Luffy to Law, and then, while announcing to the citizens the impending one-hit KO of Doflamingo by Luffy, he provoked Doflamingo, who was controlling Viola and Rebecca, drawing his attention to himself, but was severely injured by Doflamingo's attack. When Luffy defeated Doflamingo, he tearfully announced Luffy's victory to the people.
