A girl with pink long hair tied in pigtails. Inherits her mother's sincere and kind personality, well-regarded by her fellow prisoner gladiators. Skilled in using "Observation Haki," adept at anticipating opponents' attacks. In the colosseum, she fought with a blunt long sword due to armor weight restrictions, wearing bikini armor. Even after knowing his real name, she calls Luffy "Lucy."

Until the age of 6, she lived happily with her parents, but 10 years ago, when Doflamingo became the new king, she lost her mother Scarlett. Since then, she lived in hiding with her father Kyros, who had turned into a toy soldier. She had lost memories of her father being a toy but cherished the soldier as a parent. Fearing the limits of his toy body, the soldier taught her how to fight. However, she was later captured by the Donquixote Family and became a prisoner gladiator, known as the "phantom princess" and ridiculed in the colosseum. In matches, she used the "Backwater Sword Dance" technique, instantly dodging attacks and using the opponent's force to knock them out of the ring, winning without injuring anyone. Despite being undefeated, she faced mockery from other gladiators and constant jeers from citizens who resented King Riku. Still, she dreamed of living with the soldier again and threw herself into battle.

Following the news of Doflamingo's abdication, she entered a gladiator contest against the soldier's wishes to win the "Mera Mera no Mi" fruit. She became close to Luffy, who had beaten her longtime tormentor Spartan, guiding him around the colosseum and treating him to lunch with her meager savings. In Block D, despite being targeted by other competitors, she held her ground with her usual tactics, with the help of gladiator Acilia. She narrowly avoided fatal injuries from Cavendish's indiscriminate attacks as "Hakuba," standing as the only one in Block D. In the final battle, she bravely confronted Diamante, who revealed the truth about her mother's murder, pushing her to the edge. After the "Birdcage" was activated, she headed to the sunflower fields and encountered Diamante but was saved by Kyros, who had returned to human form, and Law, who unlocked his handcuffs. Angered by Diamante's cowardly tactics and provocation, she attempted to fight but was persuaded by Kyros to not stain her beautiful hands, which had not harmed anyone for 10 years, and she relinquished her sword. As the "Birdcage" closed in, she headed alone to confront Doflamingo but was manipulated into attacking Viola, only to be saved by Luffy at the last moment. After the turmoil, she initially considered returning to her princess duties but, encouraged by Luffy, ceded her position to Viola and decided to live again with Kyros in their hilltop home.

In the Reverie arc, invited by Viola, she accompanied her as a maid to Mariejois, where she deepened friendships with Vivi and Shirahoshi, who had also been helped by Luffy in the past.
