Traute Caven

A female deputy of the Central Military Police's Anti-Personnel Control Squad. She has been a member since the squad's inception and shares a relationship with Kenny where they exchange banter. She recognizes the fundamental instability and absurdity of the world within the walls, which is difficult to resist even with status and mission, and found hope in breaking through this sense of stagnation in Kenny's ambitions, becoming his comrade. After abducting Eren and Historia, she takes a position in the underground cave of the Reiss family chapel to intercept the Survey Corps coming for the rescue. She skillfully injures Hange and helps delay the Survey Corps, but Kenny fails to acquire the Titan transformation ability, and they are unable to handle the unexpected situation of Rod's uncontrollable Titan transformation. She attempts to regroup with Kenny along with the surviving squad members but is crushed in the collapse of the cave.
