Originally a vassal of the Ogre tribe, she became a subordinate of Rimuru in Volume 2 of the book, evolving into an Oni tribe through Rimuru's naming, gaining purple eyes and a single obsidian-like horn, and transforming into a busty model figure with long purple hair tied in a ponytail, standing about 170 cm tall. She becomes a wicked demon due to Rimuru's evolution into a Demon Lord species, and in Volume 14, Rimuru transfers his soul to her, awakening her as a Fighting Spirit Demon, a Warlord, and she is appointed as one of the Holy Demon Twelve Guardian Kings.

She appears as a cool beauty but has a bad habit of wanting to solve everything by force. Her cooking skills are disastrous. She serves as Rimuru's chief secretary and is also entrusted with his protection, though her administrative abilities as a secretary are inferior to Shuna's. She often exhibits extreme behavior and is considered a problem child by Rimuru, along with Diablo, who competes with her for the position of secretary. She dies once along with the residents during an attack by the Kingdom of Falmuth, which triggers Rimuru's evolution into a Demon Lord species. Revived by the "King of Wisdom" at Rimuru's behest, she is resurrected as an almost immortal semi-spiritual life form and becomes the leader of the Yomigaeri, a group of immortals revived with her. The consumption of a demon's soul during her resurrection instills brutality in her, causing her to become mentally unstable with jealousy for a while, but she changes her mindset to transcend herself after being admonished by Rimuru.

In battle, she favors a large sword named Goryokumaru and uses her extraordinary strength to perform bold and simple techniques. Her magical power surpasses that of Benimaru, making her the second strongest among the Ogre tribe members. She possesses a Unique Skill called "Chef (Sabakumono)" that leads to a definite result by skipping the process. As of Volume 16, her potential danger to kill Rimuru is recognized by Ciel, and her acquisition of ultimate abilities is postponed. In Volume 21, during a battle with Dagruel, she senses that Rimuru has been sent far into space-time by Feldway, and in her anger, she breaks the seal placed by Ciel and acquires the ultimate ability "Tyrant King (Susanoo)" by converting the enemy's energy into her own.
