Lucy Maud Montgomery

A 19-year-old woman with her hair tied in two braids, a member of the "Guild" known as the Apprentice. Birthday: November 30th. Height: 165 cm. Weight: 44 kg. Blood type: AB. Likes: stuffed animals, chatting, daydreaming, romantic things. Dislikes: stingy people, the orphanage she used to live in, being alone.

Under the pressure of "not being able to fail" since failure would lead to expulsion from the organization, she carried out her missions. When she first visited the Detective Agency, she trapped Kenji in an alternate dimension, abducted Naomi right next to Atsushi and Tanizaki in broad daylight, and challenged them with her ability. She quickly captured Tanizaki and cornered Atsushi, but was defeated by Atsushi, who received advice from Ōgai Mori. She wished to stay with the Guild afterward and was allowed to remain as a maid.

Despite coming from the same orphanage, she felt jealous and angry towards Atsushi, who seemed happy. However, when Atsushi was imprisoned in the Moby Dick, she realized he had suffered similarly. She then betrayed the Guild and helped Atsushi escape with Q's doll. Although she had noticed the Guild's measures against her ability, she lied to Atsushi, saying there was no problem, and let him escape.

After the Guild was destroyed, she started working at a coffee shop called "Uzumaki" on the first floor of the building where the Armed Detective Agency is located. She appeared to have feelings for Atsushi and thus saw Kyōka, who lives with Atsushi, as a rival.

After Fukuzawa collapsed, she was entrusted by Atsushi and Kyōka to take care of him in her alternate dimension "Anne's Room" to protect him from the Port Mafia. When the Detective Agency was framed by "The Five Deadly Omens," she directly negotiated with the Special Division, believing in their innocence, and became an ally along with Ango. She provided her alternate dimension as a "base" for Atsushi and Kyōka to infiltrate the Sky Casino. When Atsushi was attacked by Hawthorne, she activated her ability, bringing them into her alternate dimension, captured Hawthorne with Anne, and imprisoned him.

Anne of Abyssal Red Hair

An ability that transfers targets to the alternate dimension "Anne's Room," where they are attacked by a doll named Anne. If they lose the game of tag with Anne, they are imprisoned in the alternate dimension. It is impossible to hurt Anne inside this dimension, and she is extremely fast, has multiple arms, and can manifest multiple versions of herself. Time can also be controlled within the dimension, used to preserve coffee beans in the café.

There are two ways to escape this dimension: one, to have Montgomery herself deactivate the ability, allowing everyone to exit; or two, to use one of the two doors within the dimension. One door can be used by anyone to escape but causes the escapees to forget what happened inside. The other door is meant to imprison those who lose the game of tag with Anne, but its key's usage is unknown even to Montgomery, making it practically impossible to open.

Her ability is named after the Canadian author L.M. Montgomery's novel "Anne of Green Gables."
