Character Introduction

Edit
A small-statured, expressionless 14-year-old beauty dressed in a kimono. She has black hair tied in two sections with a hair ornament adorned with white flowers.
Birthday: November 4th. Height: 148 centimeters. Weight: 40 kilograms. Blood type: B. Likes: rabbits, tofu, hydrangeas, ghosts. Dislikes: dogs, thunder, flies.
She was an orphan picked up by the Port Mafia, where she was instructed by Akutagawa to commit murders. She had killed 35 people in six months and it was said that if caught by the police, she would surely face the death penalty. However, she wasn't inherently evil.
After a battle with Akutagawa, she rescued the unconscious Atsushi and joined the Armed Detective Agency to evade police pursuit, being treated publicly as Fukuzawa’s granddaughter. She lived with Atsushi but didn’t take the entry exam, so she wasn't considered an official employee.
During the Three-Way War, Momiji attacked her and Atsushi in broad daylight to take her back. However, when the Guild intervened, they escaped. Later, they encountered Fitzgerald and managed to flee, but she injured a policeman on their way. Captured by the police after not being able to escape from Fitzgerald again, Atsushi was taken by the Moby Dick.
Encountering the uncontrolled Moby Dick during a flight transfer, she chose to ram the plane into it, saving Yokohama. This act considered her as having passed the Armed Detective Agency's entry exam, successfully gaining control over Yasha Shirayuki due to Fukuzawa’s ability (her 35 murders were pardoned through a plea deal by the Special Military Department).
Although she followed Akutagawa's orders during her time in the Port Mafia, she received considerable affection from Momiji.
With a refined palate, she demanded yudofu (boiled tofu) from the fictional traditional shop Tachibana-do when interrogated by the Armed Detective Agency. She is also a skilled cook.
Initially believed to have killed her parents using Yasha Shirayuki, it was later revealed that both her parents, who belonged to the Special Ability Division, were attacked by enemy ability users. Her mother (voiced by Chie Nakamura), in an attempt to protect Kyōka, transferred Yasha Shirayuki to her and had herself killed after her husband (voiced by Koji Yusa) was murdered by the enemy’s ability.
When a conflict between the Armed Detective Agency and Port Mafia began, she rescued Tanizaki, who attempted to assassinate Ōgai. Deciding to put her knowledge gained from the Mafia to good use, she participated in the battle against Port Mafia, facing Akutagawa.
When the Armed Detective Agency was framed as criminals by the "Decay of Angels," she took separate action from the fleeing Kunikida group and went to rescue Atsushi alone. After rescuing Atsushi, they acted together contacting Fitzgerald and rescuing Oguri. Learning about the "Secret Page" from Oguri, they infiltrated Sky Casino using Montgomery’s ability. After confirming the existence of the Secret Page, they attempted to capture Sigma, but were unsuccessful. She reunited safely with the rescued detective members by Ranpo and, under his instructions, attempted to prevent the transfer of the "Grand Order" and the assassination of Bram Stoker.
Although the real Kyōka Izumi was a man, in this story, she appears as a woman.
Yasha Shirayuki
An ability that summons a white-armored female warrior named Yasha Shirayuki with a cane sword. She possesses exceptionally high combat capabilities, such as instantly slicing a train wall into pieces. She can also dematerialize at will, making physical attacks ineffective.
Originally not her ability but transferred to her by her mother just before death. Prior to joining the Detective Agency, Kyōka couldn’t control the ability alone, obeying instructions heard only through her cell phone. This was due to the incomplete conditions and duration of the transfer, causing the ability to respond solely to commands from the cell phone.
The ability name comes from the literary work "Yasha-ga-ike" by the real-life author Kyōka Izumi, and the dragon god Shirayuki-hime featured in the same work.
