Don Achino

Boss of the Achino family.

He wears sunglasses and has a beard. He dotes on his children, who affectionately call him "Papa." He is quite obese and always shirtless, which led Luffy to nickname him "Naked Balloon." He is usually calm, but when he gets angry, his whole body turns red and emits high heat, becoming uncontrollable even by his family. He usually relaxes at his hideout, leaving pirate hunting to his sons. His hobby is collecting flags of defeated pirates and displaying them in his room.

He possesses the powers of the Heat-Heat Fruit, a type of Devil Fruit that allows him to emit heat up to 10,000 degrees from his body. Anything he touches melts due to the extreme heat, and it is impossible to touch him directly. The intense heat also significantly raises the surrounding temperature. Even lava feels like lukewarm water to him, and he can comfortably soak in it.

He confronted Luffy, who came to retrieve a pirate flag. Angered by his sons being defeated, he activated an underwater volcano, turning the area into a sea of lava. He defended himself with his heated body and fought on par or better, but was ultimately blown away and defeated by Luffy after making disparaging remarks about pirates.
