Denki Kaminari

A male student with blond hair featuring a lightning pattern mesh. Born in Saitama Prefecture.

He has a light-hearted and somewhat frivolous personality, serving as the mood maker of Class A, lifting everyone's spirits. He flirts with Ochako Uraraka and his opponent Ibara Shiozaki, and talks unnecessarily during battles, but he is also thoughtful of his friends. He showed his anger when Seiji Shishikura belittled Eijiro Kirishima and Katsuki Bakugo.

He is fond of women and gets along well with Minoru Mineta as part of their "pervert alliance." He has also been frequently seen with Momo Yaoyorozu and Kyouka Jirou since the USJ incident.

His self-devised hero name is "Chargebolt," a combination of the English word "charge" and the Japanese word for lightning, "inazuma," making him the Stun Gun Hero "Chargebolt."

"Quirk": Electrification

He can electrify his body. When wearing his costume, he can communicate using a special electronic conversion wireless device attached to his right ear.

He can discharge electricity but cannot control it, and he is capable of a high-powered massive discharge.

However, overuse leads to a short-circuit in his brain, causing him to only be able to say "Yay" while giving a thumbs-up with both hands as a side effect.

Since he cannot control electricity, he was unable to perform targeted electric attacks, but by equipping a pointer shooter as a weapon, he can now fire a concentrated bolt of electricity in a straight line to any point within 10 meters where the pointer hits.
