A centaur who works in transportation, engaging in the job as a hobby and utilizing his abilities. Elias is a regular client. Assisted Chise and Elias in making a contract with a hound so they could use a shortcut for their academy commute. Also, upon Chise's request, provided sheep as a payment to make an additional contract with the werewolves attacked by the hound in the shortcut. He is caring, explained the dangers of the neighbors to Chise, and advised her on the risks of gambling on bad odds, warning her about the harm that could spread to acquaintances around if her share was not sufficient, and advised her to learn patience and reprimanded her recklessness and self-sacrifice.
