Isaac Farrar

Introduced in the Academy arc, 15 years old. A classmate of Chise, always wearing his hood deeply. He extremely avoids showing what's under his hood, possibly hiding something about his face. From a family of blacksmiths, he takes on the task of crafting equipment for the Scrim-Joe family. He has been friends with Rian since childhood and has a contract to handle all of Rian's equipment. Among magicians, he comes from a lower-class, commoner family. He also serves as an explainer of the magical world to Chise. After an incident, he temporarily creates fingers for Philomela, who lost her fingertips and cannot perform delicate tasks.
