Elias Ainsworth

A non-human, grotesque wizard with twisted, goat-like horns and the head of a wolf or large dog. He can also transform into the forms of a blond man and a silver-haired girl he met in the past. He possesses abilities to lurk in the shadows and use thorny vines like tentacles, and is inherently skilled in destruction, earning him nicknames such as "Shadow Thorn" and "Rending Eater of the Castle." He is also called "Bonehead," "Shadow Thorn," "Wizard of Thorns," and "Half-Baked." His true nature is not clearly revealed, but it is sporadically mentioned that he was originally a spirit, belongs to the shadows, has a fleshly shell, and is a spirit who tried to become human.

A powerful recluse whom even the church cannot recklessly confront. Therefore, he is under surveillance, and not only did he buy Chise at an exceptionally high price through human trafficking, but he also declared her his bride, which led to him being penalized to resolve three incidents as a form of punishment. However, he does not seem to care about this at all.
