A beastman of the black panther type, known by the alias "Kokuyouga" (Black Panther Fang), and the only male among the trio known as the Three Beastketeers. In Volume 3 of the book, he visits the Jura Tempest Federation along with Enrio under Carion's orders to scout and recruit strong individuals.

In Volume 3, he is manipulated by Tear and Footman, who exploit his desire for revenge against Milim, and becomes a host for Charybdis, causing havoc in the Jura Tempest Federation, but is safely freed. After witnessing the fight between Carion and Milim, he takes refuge in the Jura Tempest Federation, and returns to his country in Volume 6 to intercept Clayman's forces, where he fights Tear again. After the battle, he stays in the country with Geld to oversee the reconstruction and monitor the captured Majin from Clayman's forces. Later, he is forced to help with a plan for Alvis and Benimaru's marriage, which involves a deadly battle in the labyrinth under the condition that if they win, the marriage can truly happen, but he is defeated. In Volume 14, he quickly grows close to Gobu, who has also experienced heartbreak. By Volume 19, he serves as the vice-captain of the newly reorganized "Flying Beast Knights" after Carion's awakening.

Although skilled, his impulsive nature and lack of insight into assessing opponents' strengths have led him to strive for calmness after the Charybdis incident.
