Captain of the Musketeer Squad. One of the Three Musketeers under Inuarashi. A lion mink known as "Sicilian the Full-Throttle."

Born in the Mokomo Dukedom. 34 years old. Birthday is April 4th. Height is 196 cm. Aries. Blood type XF. Favorite food is hippo meat.

A man characterized by his orange mane and curly mustache, and a knightly appearance. Always goes all out in everything, which Luffy describes as "overbearing." Both his combat and leadership skills are high, but his voice is unnecessarily loud, making him the least suitable for stealth missions according to Pedro. He dislikes "sweet talk" that lacks substance, and will throw subordinates who engage in it off a cliff. His weapon is a sword. Luffy's nickname for him is "Shishimamushi."

During Jack's attack, he led the Musketeer Squad against the Beasts Pirates. In the raid on Onigashima, he took command of the Mink Tribe in place of Inuarashi and transformed into the "Moon Lion" on the dome's rooftop to challenge Jack, but was defeated. He retreated inside the castle and cleared the way for Luffy heading towards the rooftop.
