Military strategist of the Prodence Kingdom.

A fat man wearing sunglasses, called "Dharma" by Luffy. A thorough pragmatist who does not hesitate to use any cowardly means to win. Although he is greedy for the bounty placed by Doflamingo, his loyalty to the king is genuine. His laugh is "Gamahaha." His birthday is September 26th (Prodence (9) Kingdom (26) strategist).

In the gladiatorial contest he entered with Elizabello, he bribed other contestants including Blue Gilly, and initially formed a formation with conspirators to buy time for the "King Punch." As the final stages approached, he betrayed his conspirators and attacked Blue Gilly from behind, but was defeated in return. After the activation of the "Birdcage," he joined forces with Elizabello II to support Luffy's subjugation of Doflamingo. Initially, he rallied the scattered warriors and held back the executives to let Luffy and others go ahead, but was defeated by Dellinger. Later, he was temporarily revived by Mansherry's "Chiyupopo" and helped push back the shrinking "Birdcage."
