Sōseki Natsume

A person who is elusive and never lets any investigative agency catch his tail, yet is said to be close to all the conspiracies and operations surrounding Yokohama, connected to both the government and the underworld. An elderly man carrying a cane, wearing a bowler hat, and sporting a thin mustache. After realizing the "Three Time Plan," where the military police and special forces control the day, the Port Mafia controls the night, and the detective agency controls the evening to maintain the town's balance, he retired.

Upon learning that the detective agency and the mafia had entered into an all-out war due to Dostoevsky's schemes, he appeared before Fukuzawa and Ōgai, who were in the middle of a duel, and scolded them.

He is such a significant figure that Fukuzawa, along with Taneda, calls him "Sensei," and he mediated with the special forces to obtain Fukuzawa's "Ability Business Permit." In his old base, "Bankoudou," a handwritten lesson by Natsume is displayed.

He writes novels, and by giving one of his novels, he made Oda Sakunosuke, who was an assassin at the time, stop killing.

I Am a Cat (Wagahai wa Neko de Aru)

According to Dazai, it is "the strongest ability that sees through everything." The details are unknown, but when he appeared before Fukuzawa and Ōgai during their deadly battle, he transformed from a cat that closely resembled Haruno's pet "Mii-chan" back to his original form.

The ability name is derived from the novel by the literary figure of the same name, Sōseki Natsume.
