Character Introduction

Edit
One of the "Heavenly Inquisitors." He was originally a human whose cells mutated through a special ability, transforming him into a "Draculian." He has long hair, pointed ears, and scars on both cheeks. He was a count from Northern Europe known as the "Immortal Princess" and was once considered one of the "Ten Calamities That Will Destroy Humanity." While he is weak to sunlight and must always use sunscreen, he possesses immortality to the extent that he does not die even if he loses everything below his shoulders, and he has the power to make those whose blood he drinks into his subordinates. He is also referred to as the "Calamity of This World" and the "Immortal King," but his pride as a lord is exceedingly high, and he once pleaded for the safety of his subjects even as he was crucified as an "enemy of God." Interestingly, he didn't even know he was nicknamed a "calamity" until his defeat by Fukuchi eight years ago, when he was beheaded.
Currently, only his head remains, which Fukuchi maintains, and he usually sleeps inside a coffin filled with soil from his homeland. Fukuchi forces him to cooperate under the threat of burning his brain with a sacred sword, leading him to regard Fukuchi as an arch-enemy and have no sense of camaraderie with him. The sacred sword has a unique ability to fuse his body and powers, making it impossible to remove once it takes root in his brain, and he has even been stripped of his power to control subordinates. Though he swore not to create any more subordinates after his defeat eight years ago, he turned Akutagawa into one under Fukuchi's threats. After biting Tachihara, who chased after Fukuchi, he was secretly transported to the airport where the "Great Directive" was being shipped and proceeded to secure the airport. He explained the truth to Bun when she fled into his coffin while being pursued by Fukuchi and was carried out by her. He initially refused her plea for help as the situation deteriorated, but his attitude changed when she offered him a portable music player, and he managed to order the vampiric subordinates to back off verbally. When he met Kenji, he talked about developing his territory. Bun and he tried to escape by hiding in a laundry truck but were found by the vampirized Akutagawa, who left them on the control tower's roof to lure the detective agency.
Even as the situation worsened, he remained indifferent in his remarks, but when Bun took out the sacred sword with a do-or-die determination, he regained complete control over the vampiric subordinates and pledged his loyalty to her. Following Rampo's negotiations, he manipulated the vampiric individual flying a helicopter with Dostoevsky on board, causing him to be caught in the explosion upon impact. However, Dostoevsky overtook him with his ability, replacing him in front of Bun and Fukuzawa’s eyes.
Perhaps due to sleeping in a coffin for many years, he is out of touch with modern information and has some naive tendencies, such as misunderstanding Bun's threats.
Draculian
An ability to turn bitten humans into "Draculians," effectively controlling them as subordinates. The bitten humans can spread the infection to others.
The ability's name comes from the character and author of the same name, Bram Stoker, and his novel "Dracula."
