Dabi

Leader of the Vanguard Action Squad. 24 years old. Dabi is his alias. In the "Paranormal Liberation Front," he serves as the action squad leader of "VIOLET" alongside Geten.

His body is covered in patchwork scars. He joined the League of Villains in agreement with Stain's ideology and, after the Forest Training Camp attack, repeatedly contacted villains under the pretense of recruiting allies, burning to death those he didn't like.

His true identity is Toya Todoroki, Shoto's older brother, who was thought to be dead. In his childhood, he was favored by his father for his talent surpassing Endeavor's and aimed to become a hero, maintaining good family relations. However, due to his physical condition, increasing his firepower became dangerous, and his parents forbade him from training out of concern for his safety. Ignoring their warnings, he continued training, resulting in severe burns all over his body. To stop this, Endeavor decided to have another child. Toya developed a strong hatred for Shoto, attacking him as a baby, leading Endeavor to keep Shoto away from the other children, causing family relations to deteriorate. Outwardly complying with his parents' wishes, Toya secretly inflicted burns on himself and vented his frustrations to his younger brother Natsuo at night, often crying. He dismissed the concerns of his sister and mother, considering all the women in the house useless. At 13, his firepower surged with growth, changing his flames from red to blue. He eagerly showed this to his father, but Endeavor never came to see him. Overwhelmed with emotion, his quirk went out of control, and not knowing how to reduce his firepower, he burned himself, causing a forest fire and disappearing, leading his family to believe he had burned to death.

In reality, he was found by All For One, who took him in and had Ujiko perform regenerative treatment on him as insurance in case something happened to Shigaraki. This changed his voice and face, weakened his physical condition, and left him with a charred body. Rejecting All For One's offer, he escaped and, after witnessing the state of the Todoroki household, secretly trained to strengthen his quirk, learning Endeavor's special moves through self-study from videos, leading to his current state.

Quirk: Blueflame

He emits blue flames from his palms. His firepower surpasses that of his father, Endeavor, but prolonged use burns his own skin. Originally red, his flames turned blue as he grew.
