Inasa Yoarashi

He is honest to a fault, and Mike describes him as "robust yet delicate." He was in the same school year as Izuku and had passed the recommendation entrance exam for U.A. High School with the highest scores, but he declined admission and enrolled in Shiketsu High School instead. His abilities are highly regarded by Aizawa. His hero name is "Gale Force." His hero costume is a coat equipped with various nozzles. Camie Utsushimi thinks he has a loud voice. Bakugo calls him "Baldy."

He holds the belief that the most important thing for a hero is "passion," and he intensely disliked Endeavor and his son Shouto Todoroki, who are on the opposite end of personal grudges (he didn't go to U.A. because he was ignored by Shouto during the recommendation exams), but he revises his view of them through the provisional hero license exam.

He can control the wind, create blasts to lift objects, and delicately adjust the intensity of the wind he generates simultaneously.
