A female soldier belonging to the Revolutionary Army. She has orange short hair, wears knee socks and frilly clothes, and wears a red cap with sunglasses. She is caring and calls her colleague Sabo with "kun", and is often troubled by Sabo who acts alone ignoring his position. She had a close relationship with Robin, who once stayed with the Revolutionary Army, and was happy to hug her when they reunited in Dressrosa.

Formerly, she was enslaved by the Celestial Dragons in the Holy Land of Mariejois, but was freed by Fisher Tiger 15 years ago, and three years later, she was sent from a certain island to her hometown Foolshout Island by the Sun Pirates. Living as a slave had ingrained in her body, and although she was frightened, she always kept a smile. Tiger removed the Celestial Dragon's brand on her back and replaced it with the mark of the Sun Pirates. Since then, she regained her emotions while spending time with the fishmen and safely returned to her hometown.

At the age of 14, she joined the Revolutionary Army led by Hack and learned Fishman Karate from him, eventually becoming a master instructor. She was also assigned to missions as a team with Sabo and Hack due to their good compatibility, and after the Summit War, she was instructed by Dragon to gather Revolutionary Army executives from around the world.

In the Dressrosa arc, she infiltrated Dressrosa with Sabo and Hack to investigate the distribution of weapons. After conducting investigations in the Colosseum basement for a while, she worked on rescuing citizens. She spotted Burgess acting suspiciously and reported to Sabo. Later, she recovered a list of those trading with the Donquixote Family at the trading port and returned to Baltigo.

In the movie "GOLD", she eavesdropped on a conversation between Tesoro and Mr. Tanaka, and informed Sabo that the Straw Hat crew had arrived at Gran Tesoro.
