Kurozumi Kanjuurou

A samurai from the Wano Country, one of the Nine Red Scabbards. He infiltrated the Kozuki clan as a retainer and was a spy for the Kurozumi family, providing information to Orochi. He is known as "Evening Shower Kanjuro." Born in Kuri of Wano Country, 34 years old. His birthday is July 21st (Summer Doctor). He is 347 cm tall, a Cancer, and has blood type X. His favorite foods are sashimi wrapped in lettuce and cabbage rolls, and he dislikes peaches. His hobby is ink painting, and his image animal is the lesser cuckoo. He wears Kabuki-style clothing, has long red hair, and paints his face white. He carries a giant brush called "Tsujishibai" on his back, and uses this brush as a weapon instead of a sword. He refers to himself as "sessha" and his laugh is "Kakkakka." Born into a branch of the Kurozumi family and raised in a popular theater troupe, he lost his parents to persecution by the Kurozumi family on stage and completely lost his heart, only able to live by "playing" someone else. Orochi recognized his talent as an actor and gave him a major role and a Devil Fruit to live and die as a real Kozuki, leading to his infiltration of the Kozuki family. During the boiling punishment 20 years ago, he intended to truly die, believing that "only by dying together can the role be completed." He continued to provide all information to Orochi's side up to the present day in Punk Hazard, Dressrosa, Zou, and Wano Country. He pretended to be cheerful, but in reality, he was heartless and cruel, and his original first-person pronoun was "ore." He was thought to have poor drawing skills because he drew with his left hand in front of the Red Scabbards, but his dominant hand is actually the right, and he has high drawing skills capable of creating a perfect clone of himself. He is a user of the Paramecia-type Devil Fruit "Fude Fude no Mi," which allows him to materialize drawings made with his brush. The things he creates have the same properties as the real thing (if it's food, it can be eaten; if it's an animal, it can act with a will), but because Kanjuro's own drawing skills are significantly poor, the quality of the materialized objects is low, and they dissolve when wet. However, if he draws with his right hand, he can materialize objects of high quality that do not disappear even when wet. It consumes a lot of stamina, but he can also remotely control the materialized drawings. He once made a living by cutting people's hair to make brushes, but after being counterattacked while targeting Oden, he became his retainer. After traveling through time with Kin'emon and others for 20 years, they set sail for Zou, but got separated from Raizo and drifted to Dressrosa, where he was captured and dropped into a scrapyard. However, he hid inside the wall and avoided being turned into a toy by Sugar's ability. In the Dressrosa arc, he reunited with Kin'emon and escaped from the scrapyard, then materialized Usopp's screaming face to assist him in sniping Sugar. Afterward, he accompanied the Straw Hat crew through Zou to Wano Country. In the Wano Country arc, he hid as a fishmonger in the Flower Capital. On the day of the uprising, he revealed his true identity to the Red Scabbards at Tokage Port, kidnapped Momonosuke, and handed him over to Orochi. Later, he stood in the way of the Red Scabbards at the back door to buy time for Momonosuke's execution, but was defeated by Kikunojo. Although he was severely wounded, he survived and ambushed Kin'emon and others who had escaped to the treasure hall after being defeated by Kaido, using a drawing of Oden. He then disguised himself as Oden and wounded Kikunojo in the first-floor ceiling, but was killed by Kin'emon, shedding tears as he fell at the hands of his dear friend. He was on his last breath but was awakened by a Den Den Mushi from Orochi, and under his orders, created "Kazenbo" before losing consciousness again. His model is the sculptor Hidari Jingoro, who also appears in rakugo. In the initial settings, his appearance was significantly different, and his original alias was "Wet Glass."
