A man with the appearance of Fukurokuju from the Seven Lucky Gods, with a long bald head and long earlobes down to his chest. Wears sunglasses and a monk's robe. Serving the Shogun of the time is his mission, and his loyalty to Orochi is high. He believes in fulfilling his duties without being swayed by his own emotions, thus he denies the attitude of the Nine Red Scabbards who serve their deceased lord. He has a rivalry with Raizo.

He once supported the Kozuki family with Hyogoro, but 20 years ago, he abandoned Oden and chose to serve Orochi.

During a banquet at Orochi Castle, he and his subordinates surrounded Robin, who was acting suspiciously, but failed to capture her. At the banquet on Onigashima, when the Red Scabbards attacked, he disappeared and rejoined Orochi. When Orochi was defeated by Kin'emon and others, he confronted Raizo. They both used the "Paralysis Jutsu" on each other, and as the flames released in the castle caught on their bodies, the battle dragged on. Unable to withstand the heat of the flames enveloping him, he fell before Raizo and was defeated.
