A kunoichi from the Wano Country. A retainer of the Kozuki family. Former member of the Oniwabanshu.

A veteran kunoichi who was once considered a younger sister by Kin'emon. In her youth, she was quite a beauty, known as the "seductive kunoichi" and "man-killer Shinobu," but now she has a plump figure and wears bulky ninja attire. She possesses a strong resolve and high skills as a ninja, but she is farsighted and has a fear of sharp points, which Nami considers unsuitable for battle. She refers to herself as "watasu."

She is a user of the Paramecia-type Devil Fruit "Juku Juku no Mi," which allows her to rot anything she touches. It can be used to create large holes in the ground or collapse ceilings to trap enemies, among other applications. When used on people, it can make their bodies grow, but it cannot mature their minds, and once used, it cannot be reversed.

She has served the Kozuki family since the era of the previous shogun, Sukiyaki, and dreamed of serving Oden one day. Until 20 years ago, she was a member of the Oniwabanshu led by Fukurokuju, but she defected from the Oniwabanshu who chose to follow the Kurozumi family and became a fugitive. She also supported the rebellion caused by Oden and his followers, but was not captured thanks to Oden's protection. During Oden's execution, she condemned the people who ridiculed him as "Lord Fool," and tearfully told the truth about Oden's five years of naked dancing. After Oden was executed, she chose to live as a retainer of the Kozuki family and helped Kin'emon and the others escape.

During the Wano Country arc, when Oden Castle was attacked by Kaido, she used her ability to create a hole in the ground to protect Nami and others. Later, she joined Nami in espionage missions, and during the banquet at Orochi's castle, she supported the infiltrating Robin. During the raid on Onigashima, she was entrusted with Momonosuke by Sanji and fled from the pursuers of the Beast Pirates. She was discovered by Kaido in the ceiling of the first floor of the castle, chased to the edge of the island, but managed to escape from Onigashima by collapsing the ground. After landing at Tokage Port, she used her ability to turn Momonosuke into an adult as he wished to return to Onigashima. Seven days after the battle, she was drained of nutrients by the newly appeared Green Bull, but as a result, she regained her former beauty.
